11J marks the beginning of the end of the Cuban dictatorship

On July 11, 2021 (11J) the people peacefully took to the streets of Cuba with the cry of “freedom”, proclaiming the failure of the 62-year dictatorship with the signal “down with communism” and expressing their despair at the lack of food, medicine and hope with the cry “we are not afraid”. The response was the “combat order” of the dictator Alejandro Castro Espín through Miguel Diaz-Canel, which continues to cause deaths, thousands of injuries and detainees, torture, forced disappearances and “state terrorism” with “falsified processes” and “sentences”. appalling”. But civil and popular resistance continues, and 11J marks the beginning of the end of the dictatorship in Cuba and its satellites in Venezuela, Bolivia and Nicaragua.

On 11J women, men, youth, artists, all Cubans, decided to exercise the “human right of free expression” to ask for a change, “Homeland and Life.” They did so after more than 62 years of self-proclaimed “Cuban revolution” dictatorship, their boss Fidel Castro died with impunity and subjected the people to a fascist control system, which has turned the island into a prison and made the condition of Cuban citizens to turn them into subjugated survivors.

11J expresses a civil resistance movement precariously organized through social networks and the opportunity offered by the communication revolution of the 21st century. A popular expression based on the basic needs of the fundamental human right that is the “right to life”, because in Cuba there was and is no food, no health services, no medicine, no education, and no hope for the people, while a small family/military elite lives in opulence inside and outside the country and holds power with an institutionalized system of human rights violations.

The so-called Constitution of Cuba is only a “dictatorial statute” that regulates the subjugation of the people, the liquidation of freedom and “state terrorism” as a form of government. The simple reading of its “article 4: The defense of the socialist homeland is the greatest honor and the supreme duty of every Cuban proves it. Treason against the country is the most serious of crimes, and whoever commits it is subject to the most severe sanctions. The socialist system endorsed by this Constitution is irrevocable. Citizens have the right to fight by all means, including armed struggle, when no other recourse is possible, against anyone who tries to overthrow the political, social and economic order established by this Constitution.

A regime that imposes the “single party” in what it calls the constitution confesses terrorism, as evidenced by its “article 5: The Communist Party of Cuba, single, Martian, Fidelist, Marxist and Leninist, organized vanguard of the Cuban nation, based on its democratic character and permanent link with the people, it is the highest leading political force of society and the State. It organizes and guides the common efforts in the construction of socialism and the advance towards the communist society…”.

It is terrifying to know what they call laws, especially criminal and judicial organization and procedures, which are also changed according to the best interest of manipulation of the regime. Issues such as the “pre-criminal dangerousness” that condemns a person because the regime knows what he thinks and considers it a crime, it is a crime without action or omission of the accused!!.. This and more proves the nature not only dictatorial but of ” crimes against humanity” established in “infamous laws”.

In addition to the institutionalization of the violation of human rights and a regime of terror, Cuba’s dictatorship sustains itself with open violence, torture, assassinations, extortion and aggression against its people.

The movement started on 11J in Cuba has not ceased as the protests have been sustained and even increased. The Cuban Observatory reports 258 protests in June this year in Cuba, 81 in Havana, 19 in Camagüey, 18 in Holguín and Villa Clara… and the previous months have the same or higher indicators. The dictatorship increases its violence and terrorism, but it is in international evidence as the oppressor and chief narco-state and even its most traditional supporters hide their hand to help it.

Cuba celebrates one year since 11J is dying, without historical or even conjunctural viability, because it has no people (its popular support does not exist), it has no economy (humanitarian crisis), it has no discourse or narrative (nobody believes the fallacy of the Cuban revolution ), it is left without its historical bosses (in the last year 23 of its top commanders have died) and institutionalized crime is in evidence.

The 11J movement in Cuba began with the liberation of the Cuban people that will bring about the end of the Cuban dictatorship. The internal and international effect of 11J expands and grows and the people continue their struggle for freedom despite the blindness of important democratic leaders.
